The balance on this eGift card may be used for purchases in full or part payment for any item available online at http://www.ernestjones.co.uk. Enter your 19 digit card number and PIN number on the Payment Details page at the checkout. You can use up to two eGift cards combined per order. If required, you can use additional payment methods for any outstanding balance on your purchase.

Checking an eGift card balance:
The balance outstanding will be displayed on your eGift card certificate sent to your email address on purchase. You can visit any store to check your balance or visit http://www.ernestjones.co.uk/webstore/giftcards.cdo Click on the Check My Balance link. Enter your 19 digit egift card number and PIN number to see your current balance.

The balance on the eGift card can be used for purchases both in store and online in full or part payment.
In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the eGift card will expire and the balance remaining will be deducted.
eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.
No change will be given when an eGift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
As we do not collect information about gift card customers, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the eGift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. eGift cards should be treated as cash.
The funds on this gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on this card may not be available to spend.
The eGift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
Ernest Jones reserves the right to amend the terms applying to eGift cards at any time. Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be given in advance by notices in all Ernest Jones stores.
